Would you like to increase your business growth + profits? In this article, we will look at 3 simple steps to help you increase your business growth + rock your business + profits.
Is it just me or does time seem to be going by quicker and quicker each day? It’s like boom, you blink your eye and the time is gone. The thing about time is it’s one of those non-renewable resources.
Once the time is gone, it’s kinda gone forever, so managing your time is imperative to being productive +, of course, increase your business growth without burning yourself out n the process.
Been there, done that, got the tee-shirt. #nofun!
Of course, being a business owner has a lot to do with that! There’s always something new going on and it’s all so exciting.
I love planning my business growth and working with proactive
business owners to help map out how they are going to grow their business and “get it all done”.
It’s so important to do a “debrief” with yourself or your mentor on what worked and what didn’t work as you move along too. Keep doing the things that worked and tweak the things that didn’t work or drop those activities altogether.
If you have like a million ideas and you’re not really sure what to focus on and how to get it all done, I highly suggest you check out my 365 Marketing Planner Templates.

If you really want to ROCK the year and profit in your business without burning out there are few key things that can help you get where you want to go:
1 – You gotta have a plan
I mean seriously if you want to go ROCKIN’ into the year with a big bang you need to have the right plan in place.
- What promotions are you going to do?
- What people are you going to work with?
- What is your message?
But first, you need to know what your goals are. I am sure you have heard the saying “Those who fail to plan, plan to fail.” I am sure you have heard this before? The thing is every day I talk to business owners that don’t have a plan in place in order to get to where they want to be and it’s keeping them stuck where they are.
What do you really want to achieve this year? What about the next 30, 60, 90 days? How much money do you want to make and why?
Focus on the “WHY!” The “why” is important here because without the “why” you will likely not achieve your goals. If you don’t know your “why” – your goals aren’t tied to anything, they don’t mean anything to you, you have no sense of urgency to accomplish them.

2 – You need to have the proper support in place.
You can’t do it by yourself, you need to have people and systems, and technology, etc… supporting you. If you truly want to grow to the next level and ROCK your biz you need to have people and systems and strategies around you to support that growth.
Believe me when I say, “I get it”. When you first start your business you might not have the same budget as an established business, however, if you truly want to grow your business you can’t do it all on your own. Once you have documented the process of what needs to be done you can hand off the task someone else, like a virtual assistant.
3 – Track what you are doing
You need to keep your finger on the pulse of what you are doing in your business, what is working and what is not working. Basic metrics delivers valuable information that you can use to track your performance.
There are 5 key areas you should be tracking on a consistent basis:
Cash flow—plotting out in advance and tracking how much is coming in and going out on which days.
Sales— the number of sales conversations that are scheduled, how many actually take place, your conversion rate, and which offerings are selling or not.
Expenses—know how much you need for recurring expenses and one-time investments for special projects.
Accounts receivable—know who owes you money, when is it due, and track whether or not the money arrived as scheduled.
Marketing—which marketing activities you are doing and how many leads and sales your efforts generate.
Are you ready to ROCK your Growth? Let’s do it together.
Are you ready to turn your New Year’s resolutions from wishes and hopes in a month’s time into actual dreams come true?… But You are tired of the cookie cutter, old-school approach of setting goals?

This whole business owner thing is not for the faint of heart, there is a reason why most businesses fail!
While the road to burnout doesn’t look the same for everyone on it there are some similarities you typically experience on this path!
You’re always in the weeds of your business
You don’t have efficient systems and processes (or maybe none at all)
You aren’t delegating effectively
You can’t take time off
You’re trying to do too many things at once + wearing all the hats
It’s exhausting just thinking about it! But there’s a way off the hamster wheel!
If you’re overwhelmed, overworked, stressed out, and worried that if you take time off the bottom will fall out from beneath you and your business will fall apart.
Then, you are in the right place my friend, been there, done that, got the tee-shirt and I’d love to support you in ending the cycle!
