I know things have been a little crazy on my end as I have been in the process of switching shopping carts and email providers and getting my ducks in a row for the GDPR

Not to mention last week was the last week of school for the kiddos and we end of year parties and all that jazz.

Oh, and it’s finally nice in NY!

Are you gearing up for the summer?

This time of year I know a lot of us entrepreneurs, especially those with kids tend to get freaked out during the summer months and business can slow down because we are busy doing other things and not focused on our business.

I know that used to be the case with me, but these days I actually look forward to it and build my business around it, and I want to help you do the same thing too, so here are 5 steps to help you rock your summer profits!

5 Steps to Rock Your Summer PROFITS

  1. Plan your Vision – What do you want to achieve over the next 3 months? and how are you going to do it?
  2. – Next put the proper mindset + strategy in place in order to cultivate that success mindset and surround yourself with like-minded people who understand what it means to be an entrepreneur
  3. – Implement simple systems into your biz for marketing, funnels, list building, as well as admin  so that you can work less and earn more, systems are all about freedom baby
  4. – Get super clear on who your ideal client is, what your marketing message is, the transformation you provide, nail down your system and leverage those assets baby

Simple, you bet it is, but only when you plan in advance.

You also have to manage the books, market your business, create a business plan, answer the phone, respond to email,  make coffee, make AND implement every single decision.

Hmm, That is a lot of balls you need to have in the air in order to achieve your dreams, huh?
