1 – Maximize your time – Meaning, you need to do things that you should be doing in your business, not just things that keep you busy. Remember as a business owner, your number 1 priority is sales, you need to have sales in order to run a business which means you need to be doing things that add to your bottom line.
2 – Set goals and follow them – Sounds simple right? Well, it is and most of us business owners do set goals, however, where we tend to fail short is in the delivery of those goals. I challenge you to take setting those goals one step further, calendar your goals, map out what your goals are and what you need to do to achieve those goals, then put it on the calendar and get it done!
3 – Systematize – You knew I was going to throw that one in there, didn’t you? If you want to be successful in business you need to do this. Here is the great thing, it does not have to be complicated, your system can be easy, it can be manual, it can be whatever you want it to be, it should simple, effortless, effective and smooth those are the only requirements, it doesn’t matter what it looks like and you don’t have to have fancy software to get it done (although it does help 🙂 ) but you need to start where you are, your systems and processes will change over time, the point is to get your business systematized from the get go.
