1- Learn to systematize
This should come as no surprise from me, you have heard me screaming this one from the rooftops. If you are doing something in your business more than one time then you need to create a system in order to get it done, it allows you to not think about what needs to be done, how it needs to be done and it allows you to delegate all or part of it to someone else. Can you say Freedom?
2 – Create a Plan
Yep, that’s right you need to have a plan in your business, not just a business plan but a plan for everything you do in your business oh yeah, and when you are actually going to do it and who is going to do it (not just you, remember you need to delegate). You need to tell people about your business or you soon won’t have a business.

3 – Learn to Document
If you want to have a smoothly and efficiently run business then you need to document what it is that you are doing. You need to have standard operating procedures (SOP’s) in order to run your business. It does not matter if you are a one-man/woman business or you have 50 people on your team, you need to document the system, the process, the plan.
Sounds pretty simple right, well it is, these 3 simple steps will help you to create more freedom and allow more money to flow into your life and business. Once you learn to create a plan, systematize and delegate you will be able to walk away from your business for a day or two or three to have that freedom that you are looking for, ie. the reason you started your business in the first place. 🙂
