I am so excited you will be joining us. You should be receiving several emails from us depending on what specifically you just purchased, so please be sure to check your email, including the bulk/promotions and spam folders.
Your product will either be delivered via email from our shopping cart or you will gain access to our members-only area, the emails in your inbox will let you know which is the case for your product. On occasion, your product will be delivered via PDF through email as well as our membership site located here
*Please note: Generally speaking if you purchased a homeschool printable they are likely only delivered via email (it can can take a few minutes to arrive, be sure the check your spam/junk/bulk/promo emails if you don’t see if before you contact us as that is likely where it ended up if you don’t receive it in a few minutes after your order is confirmed)
If your product is delivered via email only there will be an email with a PDF containing access to your product. If it’s delivered via the membership site you will also receive an additional email so that you can set up your user name and password.
If you already made a previous purchase and were given access to the members area on the website you will NOT receive this email as you already have an account. If you forgot your user name or password you’ll be able to reset it on the login page here. And, you’ll also receive an email explaining all of this too!
Please know that the order receipt from our shopping cart tends to come the quickest and is usually already in your inbox.
