P – PREPARE YOURSELF for the BIG changes you want to create in your business! It’s not all about what you do IN your BUSINESS that matters, you need to constantly keep working on your own personal “stuff” (mindset) in order to make room in your life for true, lasting success.
R – RECOGNIZE who your IDEAL client is. When you’re thinking of your ideal client, think of them in terms of “who needs me the most and who makes enough money to pay my going rate?” It’s a waste of your time to be networking and marketing to people that are NOT your ideal client.
O – ORGANIZE Your Business Systems to support your growth. You know me! I’m all about getting your 7 Key Systems in place in your business. With them, the sky’s the limit. You’ll have a solid foundation to build your business. Without them? Well, it’s like building your house on sand. It may stand for a while, but ultimately it’s not a solid foundation and everything you’ve worked so hard to build will come crashing down around you.
F – FIX YOUR FUNNEL. Knowing which packages and programs you want to offer, and at which times in your sales cycle is key. But the old fashioned online marketing funnel isn’t the best fit for everyone. Our lives have been inundated with free opt-in giveaways and information products. It’s time to get creative about how you deliver your services and information.
I – INCREASE Your Visibility. There are so many list building strategies out there it’s hard to know where to focus your time and energy. Again, it comes down to your IDEAL client, what is attractive to them, what they need and where do they hang out (online and offline). I have easy plans for content marketing, social media sharing and other ways to get you out there and in front of the right people.
T – TRACK Your Metrics. This is where the rubber meets the road. You NEED to track your metrics in order to know what’s working and what isn’t. I know it can be scary to finally sit down and look at it all, but it doesn’t have to be. I can take you through a quick, simple way to get these numbers tamed and working in your favor instead of being so scary!
